Sponsor Licence
Employers looking to hire migrant workers must first obtain a sponsor licence. Once approved, the business can request a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for the employee they intend to hire.
Our team provides expert guidance for Sponsorship Licence applications, covering a wide range of visa categories, including:
Skilled Worker
Global Business Mobility Routes
Expansion Worker
Creative Worker
Temporary Worker

We assist both new applications and modifications to existing licences, ensuring full compliance with Home Office requirements.
Immigration Resolution Services provides tailored support to ensure your company’s human resources and recruitment systems meet compliance standards required for the licence application process.
